Modernize the user-interface

Modernize the user-interface. It has a Windows 95 look now, which makes it look outdated. The features are fairly good, and the functionality is certainly above my expectations for a tool of so limited size.

Refine the overall program

The UI is far too clunky and simplistic, with some icons not resembling what they are supposed to be (I mean, when did a paintbrush ever look like a rubber off the end of a pencil?!). The general look of the paintings you can achieve with it is...
